The CD lifting clamps incorporate an innovative pre-tension mechanism, expertly engineered to prevent slippage under lifting force and ensure stability during the lowering of the load.
For enhanced safety and efficiency, the clamp securely locks in both closed and open positions.
The minimum Working Load Limit is strategically set at 10% of the maximum Working Load Limit, ensuring optimal performance.
NB: To guarantee optimal performance, ensure that the plate surface hardness does not exceed HRC30/Brinell 30.
INSPECTION, CARE & USE
Ensure all lifts are at least 10% of the clamp's working load limit to maintain safety and efficiency.
Avoid lifting plates that exceed a temperature of 100ºC to prevent damage.
This clamp is not designed for lifting stainless steel, lead, or copper.
