CD lifting clamps come with an innovative pre-tension mechanism, ensuring no slippage during both lifting and lowering phases.
The clamp boasts a secure locking system for both open and closed positions, ensuring safety and reliability.
The minimum Working Load Limit (W.L.L) is set at 10% of the maximum W.L.L for optimal performance.
NB: Ensure the plate surface hardness is below HRC30/Brinell 30 for safe application.
INSPECTION, CARE & USE
Avoid lifting loads below 10% of the clamp's working load limit to maintain safety.
Do not lift plates exceeding temperatures of 100ºC to prevent damage.
Not suitable for lifting stainless steel, lead, or copper materials.
