Engineered for lifting and transporting steel plates and robust structures from any position, be it horizontal, vertical, or sidelong.
Features an articulated lifting shackle for enhanced maneuverability.
The CD lifting clamps come with a sophisticated pre-tension mechanism, guaranteeing no slip when lifting force is exerted and when the load is lowered.
Designed to lock securely in both closed and open positions, ensuring safety.
Boasts a minimum W.L.L of 10% of its maximum W.L.L, providing optimal performance.
NB: Ensure the plate surface material hardness is below HRC30/Brinell 30 for best results.
INSPECTION, CARE & USE
Avoid lifting loads less than 10% of the clamp's working load limit to maintain safety.
Do not use the clamp to lift plates with temperatures exceeding 100ºC.
Not suitable for lifting stainless steel, lead, or copper materials.
