The retractable fall arrester is composed of an anchor point, connector, self-retractable lifeline, and full-body harness.
All the above components and parts shall be supplied by TOP LIFT INDUSTRIES CO., LIMITED.
The product is designed according to the requirements of ANSI Z359.14 2021 to provide fall protection for working at heights.
The self-retractable lifeline is a fall arrester with an independent blocking function and an automatic tensioning and retracting feature for the lanyard, i.e. the retractable lanyard.
The self-retractable lifeline is equipped with a galvanized steel rope or a high-strength webbing lanyard. This device must be proven to have passed CE and ANSI testing. There are fall arresters available with different housings (ABS plastic and metal) and with different lanyard lengths of up to 40m for different working and environmental conditions.
PURPOSE
Retractable fall arresters are components of personal fall arrest systems.
They are to be used in situations where worker mobility and fall protection is needed (inspection work, general construction, maintenance work, oil production, confined space work, etc)
