CD lifting clamps boast a sophisticated pre-tension mechanism, ensuring steadfast grip without slipping, both while lifting and lowering loads.
The clamp reliably locks in both closed and open positions, guaranteeing safety and stability.
The minimum W.L.L is meticulously set at 10% of the maximum W.L.L, ensuring optimal performance.
NB: Ensure the plate surface material maintains a hardness level under HRC30/Brinell 30 for safe operation.
INSPECTION, CARE & USE
Important: Avoid lifting loads weighing less than 10% of the clamp's working load limit for maximum efficiency.
Caution: Do not lift plates with temperatures exceeding 100ºC to maintain clamp integrity.
Note: This clamp is not suitable for lifting stainless steel, lead, or copper.
