Equipped with a spring-loaded tightening lock mechanism, this clamp guarantees a secure initial clamping force, providing peace of mind during operations.
Each clamp is outfitted with an advanced safety mechanism, ensuring it remains secure and slip-free during both lifting and lowering procedures.
The cam's durability is enhanced through high-frequency quenching of die-forced special alloy steels, ensuring longevity and consistent performance.
NB: The hardness level of the plate surface material must be below HRC30/Brinell 300 to ensure optimal performance and safety.
INSPECTION, CARE & USE
To maintain safe operations, do not side load the clamp more than 15° during side loading scenarios.
Ensure that plates being lifted do not exceed a temperature of 100ºC to maintain the integrity of the clamp and safety of operations.
This clamp is not designed for lifting stainless steel, lead, or copper, ensuring focus on its primary application areas.
When using two clamps to lift a steel plate, a lifting beam must be deployed between the two clamps to maintain vertical alignment. Avoid using on double, triple, or quad sling configurations.
