Product Description
Our product is engineered for superior strength, durability, and safety, meeting the highest standards required for industrial lifting and safety applications. It is manufactured from forged super alloy steel, known for its exceptional mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and performance under extreme conditions. The steel undergoes a quenching and tempering process, which refines the grain structure, improves toughness, and ensures long-term reliability even under heavy-duty use.
The foundation of product strength lies in its material-super alloy steel, forged under strict metallurgical control. Forging eliminates porosity and defects, enhancing tensile strength and structural integrity. The subsequent quenching and tempering process brings the material to a fine balance of hardness and ductility, ensuring it can absorb impact loads without brittle failure. This is especially critical for applications in harsh environments, such as construction, shipbuilding, oil & gas, mining, and heavy machinery.
Every unit undergoes individual proof testing at 2.5 times the Working Load Limit (WLL). This rigorous load test verifies that the product can handle stresses well beyond its rated capacity without yielding or showing permanent deformation. By applying this elevated load in a controlled environment, we ensure only structurally sound products leave our facility, offering peace of mind to users who rely on them for life-critical applications.
In addition to static load testing, the product has been fatigue tested at 1.5 times the WLL for 20,000 cycles. Fatigue failure often occurs not because of a single overload, but due to repeated low-cycle loading over time. Our fatigue testing replicates real-world usage scenarios where the equipment undergoes thousands of repetitive stress cycles. The product's performance under these conditions confirms its exceptional durability and resistance to wear, cracks, and fatigue-induced failures, making it ideal for repeated use in dynamic lifting operations.
To further guarantee safety, breakage tests are conducted to determine the ultimate tensile strength (UTS) of the product. This ensures that the product will never fail under normal use and can withstand overload situations to some extent, offering an additional safety margin. The breakage test data also support product design improvements and certification standards.
Safety is non-negotiable. That's why every piece undergoes 100% Magnaflux crack detection, a non-destructive testing (NDT) method that uses magnetic particle inspection to reveal even the smallest surface and sub-surface cracks. This step ensures that no hidden flaws escape detection, eliminating risks associated with material fatigue, forging defects, or improper heat treatment. This level of quality control is usually reserved for aerospace-grade components, underlining our commitment to zero compromise on safety.
The product features a high-quality surface treatment, typically powder plastified coating, which adds an additional layer of protection against rust, corrosion, and mechanical wear. The color-coding system (e.g., Red RAL3020, Yellow RAL1003) not only enhances visibility but also assists in product identification and safety categorization during operation.
Our products are manufactured in compliance with relevant international standards such as EN 818-2 for Grade 80 chain components, ISO 2415, and other industry-specific regulations. These standards cover not only design dimensions and tolerances but also performance under mechanical and thermal stress, ensuring full compatibility with lifting chains, hooks, and shackles from leading global systems.
This product is widely used in industries that require high-performance lifting and safety equipment, such as:
Construction: For lifting beams, concrete panels, and heavy machinery.
Mining & Quarrying: Handling large mineral containers and crushers.
Oil & Gas: Offshore rig operations and sub-sea lifting systems.
Shipbuilding & Marine: Dockyard crane operations and mooring.
Transport & Logistics: Securing and hoisting cargo.
Utilities & Power Plants: Equipment maintenance and turbine installation.
Thanks to its fatigue resistance, crack detection process, and individually certified load rating, this product is especially suitable for dynamic lifting environments and critical safety applications where failure is not an option.
Each product is serialized and traceable back to its batch records and test results. Our in-house quality control team follows ISO 9001-certified processes to ensure consistency in production and compliance with customer specifications. Documentation such as material certificates, test reports, and inspection photos are available upon request for each delivery.
Many of our global clients-from OEM manufacturers to safety equipment distributors-have placed long-term trust in our lifting products. This is not just because of our material and testing standards, but also because of the reliability and service support we provide throughout the product lifecycle.
We also offer customization options, including size variations, surface colors, branding (logo printing), and packaging methods to suit your project or market needs. OEM and ODM services are welcome, and we can work with you to develop tailored lifting solutions based on your technical drawings or functional requirements.
