Featuring a spring-loaded tightening lock mechanism, this clamp guarantees a secure initial clamping force, offering maximum safety during operations.
Equipped with an advanced safety mechanism, our clamps ensure zero slippage even under lifting force, and maintain a steadfast grip when lowering loads.
Enhanced durability is achieved through high-frequency quenching of die-forged, special alloy steels, fortifying the cam for enduring performance.
NB: Ensure the material's plate surface has a hardness level below HRC30/Brinell 300 for optimal functionality.
INSPECTION, CARE & USE
Maintain safety standards by not side-loading the clamp more than 15°, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
Avoid lifting plates with temperatures exceeding 100ºC to preserve the integrity of the equipment.
Our clamps are not suitable for lifting stainless steel, lead, or copper, ensuring the right tool for the right job.
For safety, avoid using double, triple, or quad slings. When utilizing two clamps to lift a steel plate, incorporate a lifting beam to maintain vertical positioning.
