Working Principle:
TP-FP6301/6302 Retractable Wire Fall Arrester will be self-lock by the fall speed or the high hanging and is used in lower place from the hanging anchorage.
Wire rope works in a height for the normal movement of users by freely telescopic movement (the wire cable flexing freely
under the function of inner Spring).
When a fall dropping , the cable lanyard exhausted out rapidly, the locking system engendered a centrifugal force from its
inertance to lock the fluted disc,make disc stop rotating ,the absorb part acting on its function to make impacting force lower
to ensure no hurting happened.
Its performance will recover after the load released. The webbing lanyards will retract after using, which is easy to carry on.
Attentions:
1. The product must be hanging at a higher place and used at a lower place, the suspension should be used on the top of
sturdy structure and blunt edges. The smallest structures can withstand the force 15kN. The minimum working height is 2m.
2. Before using the product, first do the product appearance inspection, all metal parts should have no obvious signs of
corrosion, the connection string must be used intact. And Full rope should wear no breakage, and try to lock 2 to 3 times
normally; For tilt job, in principle, do not exceed 30 tilt degrees, if it is over 30 degrees, please consider the impact to the
surrounding objects.
3. If the falling indicator shows Red, stop using the product immediately and discard it.
Maintenance And Storage:
1.During transportation, do not exposure to rain or corrosive substances.
2.When the product is not being used, it should be stored in a dry place; do not keep it outside for a long time.
3.Each product should be kept clean after using.
4.The product's life: About three years or twenty times except severe corrosion and other harsh environments.
5.This product does not require additional lubricant and strict testing, do not disassemble and alter.
